I keep shipping costs down by only charging handling fees on some items due to buying special padded envelopes, delivery confirmation, etc. As much as I can I buy and print my own postage through Paypal which provides FREE delivery confirmation on USPS Priority mailings and .18 del.conf. on parcels in the USA.
